On the way to Georgia...

The dome

In front of the capitol

1 week ago, Brianna, Daddy, and I loaded up to go to Vision Forum's Father & Daughter Retreat in Georgia. It was so much fun! We spent the night in Memphis, TN on Wednesday and drove through Mississippi and Alabama to get to Georgia Thursday night. We stopped in Montgomery, Alabama to see the First Capitol of the Confederacy (also the Alabama capitol). We arrived in Georgia Thursday night.

Eating Memphis ribs...yummm...

Happy Birthday Paton!

Monday, April 7, 2008 was Paton's 4th birthday! The theme was cowboys (that's what he says he's going to be when he grows up). Paton is such a sweet little boy! Happy Birthday Paton!

Hello!

Hello! I just thought I would post some pictures and say Hi! There has been a lot going on around here. We are finally almost over this sickness that has been in our family for the last four weeks. We were so glad to get to go back to church last Sunday. Enjoy the pictures!

By the way- I received a request for a picture of the ribbon embroidered pillow sham I finished last December. So here it is...

Bye-bye Red Couch!

Taking it apart to get it out the door..
So, what's in a sofa sleeper anyway?
Well...Wood, Stuffing, Springs, Metal, More Stuffing...

Two weeks ago, Mama couldn't stand it any longer. That couch MUST GO! So, they reduced it to pieces and stuffed it in our dumpster. Good-bye Red Couch, Good-bye!
